There is no substitute for experience. The experience Mr. Keating brings to this area of private investigations is unparalleled. Graduating the FBI Academy in 1997, Mr. Keating specialized in Physical Surveillance. He has upwards of 20,000 hours conducting physical surveillance on some of the most sensitive U.S. National Security Investigations around the country. His extensive credentials in this discipline were honed through hundreds of hours of Counterterrorism/Foreign Counterintelligence surveillance and assessment training, along with thousands of hours conducting Top Secret surveillance investigations.

Some of the more notable investigations Mr. Keating has been involved with include the D.C. Sniper Case in 2002, the Eric Robert Rudolph Bombing suspect with the Southeast Bomb Task Force, the security contingent for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , Utah , and the crucial aftermath of September 11 th , 2001.  Mr. Keating has also been involved in hundreds of Terrorism and Espionage Investigations yet to be declassified due to their National Security implications. In addition, he has been called upon to conduct kidnapping, drug interdiction, extortion, and political investigations.

Mr. Keating was also the recipient of numerous Counterintelligence awards for uncovering previously unknown Intelligence operations and holds a still standing FBI Academy record at the Tactical Emergency Vehicle Operations Center (T.E.V.O.C), a course designed to measure one's ability to conduct intense vehicular surveillance while maintaining strict safety protocols.

Rounding out his professional experience, Mr. Keating has also been involved with investigations of computer crimes through the FBI's Computer Analysis Response Team (C.A.R.T), acted as the lead certified Thermal Imaging operator for the Chicago Regional office and written a published article through the Office of International Criminal Justice, University of Illinois at Chicago on emerging computer crimes. Lastly, Mr. Keating has liaised and orchestrated joint training exercises with top level officials of other Intelligence Community agencies.
